- Create New Password (After login)
- Reset Bigpond password Through Telstra App
- Open My Telstra app in phone (Android or iOS)
- Login By PIN
- Go to Support Option

- Type Forgot Bigpond password
- Enter Your Details like (Name, DOB, Phone Number)
- Get Temporary Password
- After login With Temporary password
- Create Own Password

- Open Telstra or Bigpond reset link in browser
- Enter Username
- Click Recover My password
- Choose recovery method by email or phone
- Open received link
- Verify Date of Birth for verification
- Enter One time Code
- Create Password
- Confirm new password Again
- Click Create or Save
- Contact Bigpond Customer care to get Bigpond password
If you unable to reset password by yourself than contact Bigpond Customer Care Number that you will find online in browser while searching their Number. Select department technical help and verify your identity through Telstra Account Number or security password setup by you in beginning of Telstra service setup. Key Notes: Update Your Password after Change
- If you are using any mail apps to access Bigpond mail like Outlook Classic, Outlook app, Mac Mail, Thunderbird or Mail washer app make sure you have to update your BigPond password after change. Also make sure you have update password in smart devices like smart phone or tablet to get email continue. If you Bigpond password is rejecting by mail client server app than use Bigpond app generated password for access Bigpond mail. For this you have to login Bigpond webmail app.

- Open Account
- Click Generate App Password
- Click Copy Clipboard
- Paste In client server app
