  • Click on recover or forgot password

  • Open SMS sent by Telstra in phone.
  • Click on link highlighted in blue color
  • Enter registered Date of birth to confirm your identity.
  • Choose Create Password
  • Enter New secure password

How to change current password.

If already know the password but still not working than change your current password with the one

  • Open Official site of Telstra
  • Login to Telstra website
  • Click on profile Option
  • Click Change password
  • Choose change current password
  • Type the old Password
  • Enter new password
  • Renter New password for confirmation.
  • Click save
