•  Outgoing Server: smtp.telstra.com, Port 465 or 587, Encryption: SSL/TLS

Username Bigpond email address.

Password: Bigpond password

If outlook keep rejecting server settings than contact Bigpond Customer Support.

  • Outage Issue: If you’re living in bad weather condition area than have to wait until Telstra outage issue solved by Telstra. Even after outage issue solved facing same problem than contact Bigpond Customer Care
